I completely agree with the other reviewers... The Tam O' Shanters atmosphere is like no other in town. I have had the chance to eat quite a few different items from both the lunch and dinner menus and have yet to be dissapointed. I've got to give it up to Manny as well for being one of the most charasmatic and generous hosts in town.

As far as atmosphere goes, there is no where else like the Tam O' Shanter in town. The architecture and dim lighting create a mafia/ rat pack type feel. The menu is a bit on the pricy side but well...

The menu is a bit on the pricy side but well worth it if you're looking for a romantic night out. I have to say that this place has one of the best filets in town. The wait staff is usually friendly and attentive and I don't think I've been there once when Manny didn't come and personally greet me. This place is a must-try!

Service is always great, especially when greeted on a regular occasion by Manny himself. The food is amazing and everything I've ever had has sent my taste buds into overdrive!!! VERY TASTY and a special treat for that special someone.
Be ready though... this will will make a severe dent in your checkbook (especially for lunch), food/drinks/dessert will probably run you in the $50-60/range... but well worth it if you"re in the mood.
