I am looking for roomates to share a large four bedroom, three bath home that is four blocks from the BC Campus with a two car garage, use of new washer, dryer, DSL Wireless Internet, and a pool. It is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. I would like to share with Full or Part-time students at BC or CSUB. No smoking, pets, drugs, or parties. Must have verifiable income or co-signer to pay rent each month. The rent is $375, $300 Deposit, Plus your share of Electricity, Gas and Water. The bedroom is not furnished.
