I have recently been fixated on painted little fugurines for a game. Part of the fun, though, is the actual painting. The figures are about 15mm in size and the colors they are painted vary depending on which armies you want to build and what companies you decide to create. I am currently working on a Russian army as well as a small Prussian Contingent. Is anyone else interested in this sort of thing?

www.thegxp.com sells many popular miniatures games, though they focus mostly on fantasy gaming, not on historical wargames. |

Well thanx for the info, I have not looked at fantasy Wargames so maybe ill find another interesting hobby in that. Do you play any of the fantasy wargames? |

What era are you doing? Napoleonics, slightly earlier? A lot of my reading lately has been in that area (especially War and Peace). I play fantasy wargames, primarily Warmachine but also the variations of Warhammer. I've never done 15mm, just 25mm (which have all grown to 28mm and now even 30mm) and some 8mm ("epic scale"). |
