I found this place to have very bland food and was really dissappointed with what I got. It's kind of a step above Taco Bell and a step below Que Pasa, which is pretty low. One nice thing is they serve bottled beer and the burritos are pretty good sized, but the beans taste like out of a can and it jsut overall completely processed.

This place is just around the block from my office so it's close for lunch. This place has Salvi food as well as Mexican. The Mexican food here is alright and the lunch buffet is mediocre, not great but not bad and a little overpriced for what you get but all in all just ok. I can't rate the Salvi food (Pupusas) because I think pupusas are nasty, but my business partners and my wife (all Salvis) love them and say this place has good not great pupusas but they charge too much for what you get....

This place is a good place to eat. I've had most of their dishes, and most of them are pretty good and closer to authentic than a few of the popular places in town (Mauricios and Que Pasa). Unfortunately it's on Union next to all the hookers and rehabilitation clinics and the atmosphere inside leaves alot to be desired. But, in the end, we're out to eat, and this place is pretty good. Their Seafood is great, but La Costa on Q Street is the best in town, hands down.

I have a large GSD, with chronic ear problems. The staff and doctor have always been very accommodating and helpful every time I visit the office. They are very professional and caring. Unfortunately there are some very negative posts on here, and I'm sorry for your bad experience. I, however, would recommend this pet hospital to anyone.

I think I see a pattern here. We too are at the mercy of these bandits. Their system failed following a power surge caused by the utility and they want to charge me to fix their defective system. Do not every consider this company and never sign a contract without seeking legal consul first. Buyer beware.

I, too had a bad experience with this place. My cat was sick and I took him in. They kept wanting me to run more tests which would cost thousands of dollars and the doctor wanted to get him in her care for 6 weeks on site. When I told her I could not afford that much money for my cat she left the room in a huff. I think I will make the extra 15 minute trip and continue going back to SouthWest Vet.

I'm surprised by the 1-star reviews. We've been taking our two dogs to this vet office for exactly ten years, and we've been quite happy with their level of care. I also had a simular experiance with ALLEN ROAD VET HOSPITAL AND DR. KAMEEL who calls herself a vet. They wrongly diagnosed my kids dog with a dead puppy inside and supposidly did x-rays ahead of time and if they did they would have known it was not puppies but stones inside, so she said later, after surgery and after wanting $400. more. My name is Josie Boden, I have been a customer for one year with ADT. I have been trying to get service from SCS company an "Authorized dealer for ADT". to transfer my security system all week. My first appointment was on Monday 08, 2009 and then Thursday 09, 2009 and I had no shows both days. I've tried your local phone # 661-391-8011 every day and the mail box is full, so I can not find out why you did'nt show up for your appointments that was arranged through ADT Security.

This is a difficult rating to write. I have a regular vet, and if it's during regular office hours, I would certainly rather see her, both because they know my dog and they charge less. My family and I eat here regularly. The food has never dissapointed, and the atmosphere is great. I like my whole-in-the-wall places too, but it's nice to have a such a clean homey place to have some chile verde (theirs is good, and I'm picky) and watch a ballgame. LOVE the staff, and hanging out in the bar area. They have one of those touch screen video game machines. :)

It had been a while, but we tried it again. We're so glad we did! It was wonderful! The tri-tip was tender & flavorful. The chicken was great. And the fish & chips were delicious. On top of that, the service was courteous and quick, and the atmoshphere was pleasant & inviting. Everhting was clean & well stocked. Thanks Coconut Joe's for a wonderful dining experience. If you were a fan of Grand China you will enjoy this place. Many of the Grand China staff work here now. The food is not exactly the same. Still the food is excellent. Fresh and tasty. If you liked the Kung Pao from Grand China you will like it here too.

This Mexican restaurant is by far the best in town. We've been going there for about 8 years. Their menu has basic Mexican dishes you would expect, but obviously is homemade with authentic flavor. The Country Boy is one of those drive ins with pretty much everything you can think of on the menu. I opened up my paper yesterday and was so excited to read the article on the cupcakeries around town. Frosting, Ink deserved the rave reviews it got! I have been a customer since Sheila opened the shop and her sweets have never been less than wonderful. Her cupcakes are the perfect balance of sweetness and moistness. Happy Jacks is a pleasant surprise to an afternoon out. They have fantastic food, the bacon cheese burger and peanut butter pie is great. I don't understand what some of the other reviewers what from a burger joint...I mean if you want quiet go to the library. So far, I have no complaints about this vet. I take my pets here whenever they need care. They do a very professional job, are easy to communicate with and help you understand things in an easy manner. They have compassion for animals. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this vet. They wrongly killed our doxie, that was diagnosed with cancer. They refused to run any tests on him unless we paid upfront. THEN, considering that we came to them in an emergency situation, they made him sit there all day, until the end of the day to run the tests. I went in with my party planner to look at cupcakes for a baby shower. The young lady at the counter was just plain rude! She could have cared less if we ordered cupcakes for our function or not. So, we didn't. There are too many wonderful places, like Sweet Surrender to get cupcakes from, to put up with attitude! Their cupcakes maybe wonderful, but the service SUCKS!

I had my springer spaniel and 2 long haired cats groomed by this mobile grooming service. They look so good and the groomers are friendly, experienced and professional.
