T-Bones Ranch House

Ok, I use to be a big fan of T-Bones Steakhouse since they opened their doors. In fact, my wife and I loved it so much we would go there almost weekly for dinner, but I recently had the worst experience ever and I will never go back because of it. You see, the restaurant double charged my credit card, When I called to inquire what had happened, I was told that my card, along with hundreds of others, was double charged by accident. I was told by the management that the error would be resolved in a few days and they apologized. Good enough for me, we all make mistakes so I waited.

And waited... after 12 days, I called back and spoke to the same individual (he told me he was the manager the first time) who seemed very annoyed that I had the gaul to call a second time and told me they were still in the process of fixing the problems and that I should call my bank to dispute the charge.

At this point I was more than a little upset at the fact that they had told me before that it would be taken care of and now they were telling me that I had to fix their mistake.

Needless to say, I sent a letter explaining myself to the manager as well as writing this review. Not to mention they have lost my business for the rest of their business days...

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT make the mistake of dining at T-Bones Steakhouse...

If that was truly the case, then why was I not told about that the first time I called in or the Second time I called. Instead I was told that there were hundreds of these charges and they were being dealt with as soon as they could. If I had been told that the credit card company was the one who made the error, no harm no foul. But either I was lied to the first 2 times I called or I am being lied to now. At any rate, I will not be going to your establishment again.

Moo Creamery

Good food, enjoyed the Mac N Cheese. I would say that the ice cream is the big selling point here. Not a surprise since it is a creamery, but the ice cream is delicious.

Happiness Nails Spa

On a recommendation from a friend I tried Happiness Nails in Rosedale, the shop is very clean and very friendly. I like the fact there was no rushing me to pick a color and I wasn't bombarded with solicitations for nail art or extra services. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish my pedi scrub would've been a little more vigorous.This nail biter is also having a set of pink and white put on by them as well! Give them a try!

Tailgaters Sports Grill

After years of going to Tailgaters prior to and after Condors games, I was happy to see that Tailgaters reopened and our crowd of Condors fans were ready to renew our fun prior to and following games. However, we were very displeased to hear the buzz around the 'Open House" of the 09/10 Condors at the Ice arena. I was sorry to hear that the new management has opted to remove Condors memorabilia and sponsorship of the Condors. The word is that the boycott is in full operation due to the lack of welcome to Condors fans and mangement. The throngs of fans are talking up "Goose Loonies" as the replacement for the old Tailgaters who actively sponsored the Condors in the past. It is a real shame that Tailgaters has opted to turn their establishment into a rumored "Raider Nation" haunt. Too bad they decided to walk away from their Condors clientele. Hello Goose Loonies, or any other establishment who supports and welcomes the Condors fans.

I read, with some curiosity, the review of Valley Gun by hunter82 on September 21, 2009. My name is Ken Quarnberg and I am the owner of Valley Gun. I have spent over 32 years of my life building and maintaining a reputation for having quality products and great customer service. This is something I learned from my father, Maylon, as I grew up in this business. Over the years I have given hundreds of hours of my time and thousands of my own dollars supporting shooters, their families and the firearms community in general. I seldom ask for recognition - I figure my actions will speak for themselves.

Dealing with people, I have learned that some personalities are not compatible. That is why I have built a team of individuals with different strengths. That way, every client can find a sales professional they feel comfortable with. I have also known people who may choose to take offense to a statement, or the way in which it is delivered, when no malice was intended. I believe hunter82 may have experienced this while in my store. He may not have considered that perhaps the sales person was dealing with multiple issues at the same time and his response is seen as "rude" when, in fact, it may have been a bit hurried.

Concerning the review by hunter82, he described my salesman, Craig, as being "rude" and "cruel". Hunter82 stated "I couldn't believe how rude he was to the retarded man. He had the nerve to say 'I CAN'T TELL WHAT YOU ARE SAYING'". Aside from the fact that placing such labels on mentally challenged individuals is rude by itself, hunter82's description of the events is inaccurate. While it may be true that Craig's demeanor may need a little polish, I hired him because he is kind, trustworthy and he has a real love for the shooting industry. As for his "rude" statement about not being able to tell what the individual was saying - I will often use a similar statement when I don't understand what someone has said to me. I find it will usually result in them repeating what they have said.

If hunter82 and his family have truly been buying firearms from Valley Gun for years, he would know the description he gave of Valley Gun's customer service is inaccurate. If it were true, we would not have survived in business for over 46 years!! We will often bend over backwards to help shooters in need - whether solving a firearm problem or working late to help a hunter meet a short deadline. I have even pulled parts from my personal firearms to get a hunter back into the field immediately!

I am offended by hunter82's review. While I admire his compassion for others, I wish he had handled this issue differently. If he felt there was a problem, he should have contacted me, instead of taking an anonymous cheap shot at my business and my reputation.

To get an accurate assessment of Valley Gun's reputation or customer service, one only needs to ask shooters within the community - including several reputable, competing firearms dealers.

If anyone ever has any issues with Valley Gun's service, feel free to call me, personally.

In Your Wildest Dreams Co

Amazing! I had been in the store before but it had been a while. I needed to do a project for school so when I went downtown looking for ideas I remembered this shop. My friend and I went all through the store looking through everything. The employee's helped us out a lot, my friend with a red leather jacket, and me with all my questions for school! The ladies were more than helpful and couldn't do enough to help us find all we were looking for. We will definately be returning and look forward to all the new stuff!!! The prices were great and they had a lot of things we have seen in boutiques around town at big discounts.

Korean BBQ Restaurant

I have been eating at this restaurant for the past six months and frequented here once a week or more when I craved Korean. The soups are decent (and I have tasted better and can make the soups at home taste better)

I have introduced about five non-Korean friends to this restaurant and got my boyfriend hooked into coming here as well.

The reason why I am giving an one star rating for this restaurant is because of their bad business.

Two weeks ago, my boyfriend and two of our friends came here for dinner. We ended up splitting the bill into two. A week later, my boyfriend saw two charges from the restaurant on his bank statement. He went and told the worker/owner of the restaurant and the response was, "sorry, but maybe you can ask your friend to pay you back."

We did appreciate the apology but it wasn't our fault that they charged our card twice. There wasn't a refund for their mistake or anything to compensate for being charged twice. I was flabbergasted. How do they expect to run a business this way?!?

Wings Pizza N Things Sports Grill

This was my 1st and last time taking my family to this restaurant. We expected it to be great because of the amount of people seen (smoking) outside, but not even close. The pizza is not the greatest, wings were good, and steak fries came with no steak.. and Bartender was the worse Ive seen! She had attitude and attended those who she knew 1st... This restaurant made us feel like we were not welcomed..It feels like you need to be close friends (part of their crowd) or related to the staff to be waited on fairly... Don't Go There!! I do NOT recomend this place, unless, you are related to its staff.

International House of Pancakes IHOP

Expensive, very confusing coupons. The food is just passable. Greasy thrown on a plate. Never go back..

In the past these were good places, reasonable and a variety of pancakes. No more.

Ate there yesterday, with my friends, (Saturday, 9-26) and really appreciated the meal, the portions and the service.

This is a Trucker's Place To Eat!

Bakersfield Love Sushi

Well This place has great atmosphere as I think so...... It's great and cute to have a B-day here its a great memory...... I like california rolls they have good ones but if your asian and really know your sushi I guess its more American Japanese then some like but it is still kewl and the sushi chefs are friendly, you get alot of food its good I love sushi!!!!

Kelley's Cafe & Scales

I've been to Kelly's Cafe about 5 times now, and had the chicken fried steak each time. One time I ordered the country potatoes with it and didn't like those only because they had onions and bellpeppers (I don't like either of those). Every other time, I've ordered the hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy with it. I come just about every time I ride my bike to work (Carquest Dist. Center across the 99 from Kelly's) now that the new bridge on 7th Standard and Golden State Hwy are open and considerably safer to ride on than before. And I love their iced tea, too! Good food and huge portions! The place is small and old, but still, its cozy.

Jimano's Pizzeria

I've been to Jimano's a few times now and have received very good and friendly service and great pizza each and every time! Well worth the price!

Firehouse Restaurant

Went to this place tonight for the first time, I was less then impressed. The service was good, I think our server was Aaron but I am not 100% sure. My fiancee had a drink from the bar which wasnt great but wasnt horrible either. The real dissapointment came from the food. The best thing on our plates were the sides, I had the fries which were nice and hot, and she had a baked potato. The main couse of the entree was SERIOUSLY lacking, tastless, rubbery and obvously cook some hours in advance the poped in a microwave to be warmed up then thrown in a wrap with all lettace and no dressing. Safe to say we were not impressed, but we gave it a shot. Atmosphere was nice, liked all the tv's but the food was just not up to par

Cafe Med

Love this restaurant for several reasons: the ambiance, friendliness of the staff, diverse menu, and the food itself...these four qualities make it a great restaurant for special occasions. It is a little pricey but their menu also offers items that are reasonable for almost any budget, albeit not at the fast food level! Some people complain that the service is slow...this is a fine dining experience, not a fast food place. I would think that when you paying a little more for your meal you would want to relax and enjoy your surroundings, linger a little. Over the last year we have sampled the pasta dishes, steak, shrimp, lamb, and have found them all very tasty. The creme brulee' is to die for.

Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

The service was okay, but below average somewhat. I don't see any hype to come out of here, since the place was usually somewhat dirty.

The sandwiches were okay, I liked the vegetable toppings because they were fresh and juicy. However, they give you so little of it! In addition, the meats were somewhat off in the sense that they make you feel under-valued. It's okay to get that from a place like Quizno's, but NOT from a business that claims to serve authentic food.

Camino Real Restaurant

this is by FAR the best restaurant in town, for fresh wonderful food, large portions, beautiful presentation, great prices, great atmosphere and staff

we LOVE this place!

they also have an awesome sunday brunch

Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

Our family eats here regularly and considers it a nearby favorite. My husband and I love the Hell's Kitchen sandwich; hot and spicy with egg salad, avocado and bacon. Hey, I said it was delicious not low cal. We like Subway when we feel like eating healthier. But here you get fantastic thick slices of bread and generous servings of each item on your sandwich. All the sanwiches are large enough to share so the cost really is low on a per person basis. I appreciate the local, family style atmosphere of the restaurant. It is a nice change from the sanitized corporate atmosphere at so many other places.

My advice to all you cell phone users is record it and put it on youtube then send a copy to corp headquarters. They won't like the negative publicity.

My brother-in-law told us about this place, and we're really glad he did. They have the best pizza in town without question, and the owner really makes you feel welcome. That's about it, great pizza with great service. Give it a try!

Funny, I was there just last week! ;)

To be honest about my personal experiences with this business, their food menu is not very good at all. The sandwhiches were okay and average, but their other items (such as the baked potatos and salads) left me an unhappy girl.

Personally, I would prefer Subway because they at least put on all sorts of vegetables and goodies to chow down on. Quizno's isn't a bad choice either, but Heidi's is just some corporate store that claims to have "Brooklyn Deli."

Jimano's Pizzeria

This place is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stale pizza town (with the exception of plumberry's of course). You can purchase less expensive pizza's at other restaurants in town, but you definately get what you pay for. The chese is amazing, the toppings are fresh and the portions are huge (assuming you order the deep dish). This place is similar to a Pizzeria Uno or other chicago deep dish pizza joints you find in the mid west, with the exception that everything is fresh, cooked to a perfect crisp and the employees are always friendly and courteous. There is a stratification of flavors when served hot, and when you consume the pizza the following day (cold of course), all the flavors melt together for a totally different-but equally great experience. For all you play golf, you will recognize that entoxicating aroma of pizza from the 4th tee box. So please, give this place a try. It's love at first sight and ecstasy upon consumption. I would hate for this place not to succeed because bakersfield needs more variety in the culinary scene and this place provides it.

Sequoia Sandwich Co.

We always get above average sandwiches here! They are fresh and good. We were sorry to see them switch from Boars Head (the best) to Saag which is good but not quite the same quality. The rare roast beef is awesome and so is the horseradish sour cream. Also like the cracked pepper. Sandwiches are big enough to split if you're on a budget. Wish they used lettuce leaves instead of shredded. But always a worth while eating eating experience. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

We have been eating at Heidi's since they opened. Every time the food and bread have been fresh and good. The sandwiches are big and can easily feed two so it isn't really expensive. We like to get the bread thin sliced. The egg salad is delicious, the beef and turkey are awesome as is the potatoe salad. And they use real lettuce slices instead of shreeded lettuce. Nice thick tomatoes too! The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. Try the marble bread because there isn't anything else like it in Bakersfield. The senior discount is helpful in these ecomomic times. It is locally owned and operated. The owners are almost always on the premises so things go smoothly. Try it!

Desi Cafe

We have eaten at the Desi lunch buffett many times and each time has been a wonderfull treat! The food is fresh and delicious. The selection is more than adequate and the service is good with the waiter and owner both being very friendly and helpful. If you are not sure if you like Indian food, this is an excellant place to try it. The naan is delicious and the Chicken Tikka Masala is to die for. The carrot cake (not sure why they call it cake) is absolutely delicious. The spices are on the mild side but it is well worth a try. We love it!

Empty Space

You never know what you're gonna get at the Empty Space, and I mean that in a good way. This is experimental theater, and they do push the envelope sometimes, and while they occasionally miss the mark, generally speaking they put on a helluva show. The major productions, usually at 8pm on weekend evenings, sometimes a matinee, are well-acted and remarkable for their interpretation on a tight budget. I have enjoyed Angels in America, The Laramie Project, Madea, Bent, several Shakespeare productions...there's a lot of diversity in their presentations.

In addition to the major productions, they have comedy nights and what they call RAT, the house comedy troupe that really does step beyond good taste, unabashedly & without apology. This appeals frequently to a younger audience; this old lady reviewer will pass. But it is very popular so there is definitely an audience. Be warned, it is designed to be disrespectful and often vulgar, so don't go if that offends you.

The seating is very basic. About 100 chairs set up on stepped mesas. No row is longer than about 6 chairs, and there are only 3-5 rows on each wall. It's intimate, and you are right on the stage with the actors. In fact, audiences are often asked to truly avoid noises during the plays, as they reverberate throught the auditorium. Don't go if you have a cold, and God help you if you get a cell phone call during a production.

Finally, they also present great local art in their gallery, both during shows and at other times. Wander through when you go to see the play.

There is a small concession stand that helps raise money for this 501c3 non-profit theater. Not terribly imaginative: some candy bars, sodas, water, but then you're not there for the food.

Technically, they rely solely on donations for the plays, although they'll suggest a donation that is pretty much mandatory. These range from $5 to $15 depending on the play, and for special fundraisers, they'll charge $20. Special events include the annual Vday presentations of Eve Ensler's Vagina Monologues, which is worth the price every single time, and which, by the way, is often then re-donated for breast cancer research or for the Alliance Against Family Violence. I like that the folks who run the Space are generous to other non-profits throughout the year.

What else can I say: highly recommended!

Cataldo's Pizzeria

This place is a joke! Save your money and buy a frozen pizza! Went for their lunch buffet. It was deplorable! Only a couple of slices of pizza were sitting out and they were dried out. They said another was coming in about 15 minutes,. It was so so greasy and the crust was too hard to cut with their wonderful plastic utencils. The other food on display was dried out and could have used a good stirring just to freshen them up a bit. At any rate it didn't look appealing, The next pizza was as greasy as the first one and when you ate it, the topping came off of the crust.

The staff appeared indifferent and could have cared less.So I suggest you go elsewhere, the Shakeys on White Lane was much better but it is closed now and due to re-open as a RoundTable and their buffets elsewhere have been very good.

Cataldos is trying to sell Pizza Franchises but I suggest they get their own house in order first.

Stuart Anderson's Black Angus

Went for lunch today and I have to say their salads are awesome. I had the steak salad and my friend had their cobb salad. Veggies were fresh and crisp. Delicous salad and good service.

Coconut Joe's Beach Grill

haven't been in to coconut joe's in a while, but coworkers and i decided to stop in for lunch this week. front staff were incredibly enthusiastic and excited to be at work: it's so nice to visit a place where the employees enjoy their job. it creates a fun and inviting atmosphere.

at the cashier's suggestion, i ordered the three piece fish and chips. this is a new item the owners have added since my last visit. the staff seemed knowledgable about the product and did a great job selling it, though i was a little hesistant about ordering fish and chips from a restaurant known for its mesquite grill... boy, was i wrong! the fish was delicious and the homemade tartar sauce and cocktail sauce only made it that much better. my order was also served with some of the best fries i've had in this town and an order of coleslaw.

i paid about $12 for my meal and drink but it was completely worth it. i'll definitiely be returning to coconut joe's in the very near future. next time im going to try their banana nut cake.

Great Castle Chinese Restaurant

Me and three collegues went here for lunch last week and it was awful. None of us liked the food that was served. The chicken tasted like it was freezer burned and the soup was slimy and tasted gross. When they asked us if we would like to go containers we all said "no" and explained that it wasn't very good. Instead of apologizing or even asking if there was anything they could do to make it right they defended themselves by saying it was the same cook for thirty years and no other complaints had been made. Our plates were completely full and they didn't care that we didn't like it. All the waitress could keep saying is "you still pay, I get check". We will never return to that hole.

Unity Church of Bakersfield

Finally a spiritual center where all people from all walks of life are honored for who they are--God's children! Thank you for bringing real love to Bakersfield.

Big Popy's Deli

The Grilled Chicken Panini is my families favorite sandwich in town. Absolutely delicious. The Chicken Noodle soup was very good as well.

Camille's Sidewalk Cafe

My mexican-style wrap was delicious, and my family enjoyed the Club sandwiches very much.

The only complaint I had was my wait time. For some reason, as one of the girls was taking FOREVER helping a woman on the register, the other employees didn't see it fit to open another register to help the others in line.

Valley Gun Inc

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My family has been buying firearms from Valley Gun for years and we now have to take our business elsewhere! I did not buy a bad product, nor are they aware of what happened, but there is a guy named CRAIG that works behind the counter and he has always been rude, sarcastic, and now, CRUEL!. I was about to purchase a $700 firearm and to my surprise, CRAIG was being rude and cruel to a retarded man! The man came in with his caretaker and began to ask Craig some silly questions. I couldnt believe how rude he was to the retarded man. He had the nerve to say "I CANT TELL WHAT YOU ARE SAYING!".......im taking MY business elsewhere....a place im treated like a valued customer.....not like a peice of crap! I hope the owner reads this and fires that guy.....hes HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESS and is pushing customers away.

La Petit Poulette

I received a facial from Jennifer this last Saturday and I have to say it was amazing! I was instantly relaxed and I almost fell asleep quite a few times. I will be going back for some of the other services they offer. I also got a brow wax, that I badly needed, and the shaping was just right. All in all, I was relaxed, I was pampered and I left feeling great. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking to indulge themselves a bit.

I will have to say the tuna sandwich is the best in town and love the fact that it comes with the tastiest chips and salsa in town.....hmmm, go figure.

Camino Real Restaurant

My daughter and I go here all the time. The brothers who own it are wonderful and have a real passion for cooking and it is apparent in what is prepared. The chicken con mole is out of this world! We will continue to visit and hope that Bakersfield will support a locally owned business. Go by and you are sure to meet one of the owners named Alejandro (Alex), he will stop by and make sure your meal is great. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the restaurant is very, very clean. Do yourself a favor and try it. It's a departure from run of the mill mexican fare. It has all of the basics kicked up a notch on par with higher end gourmet meals without all the snobbery and affectations (or the high prices). We will continue to enjoy the delicious surprised offered.

My husband and I moved to Northern California 6 years ago, and we still drive over to the Sequoia Sandwich Co every time we visit. I have never been disappointed with any sandwich or salad I've had here.

Horrible, horrible service.

I called for pricing (for only 3 items) because I dont have a menu and didnt want to drive all the way over there just for a couple of numbers. I knew exactly what I wanted, so it wasnt like I was being a pain of a customer. The male who answered sighed and I could hear him complaining in the background that I had even asked. He continued to ask me all of my information and when I asked just for basic menu pricing without having to give him my name/phone/address, he got an even bigger attitude with me and started to raise his voice!

Im sticking with Magoo's and Cataldo's. At least they dont talk crap about you under your breath when you are interested in giving them your money.

i used to volunteer at elaines to complete skill hours required for culinary school, unfortunately i had to leave do to a very personal tragedy anyways i was reading reviews and came across one by a "dorthy34" i thnk thats it, i cant believe how completly false and rude her review was. elaines does not store food on the floor i know because i worked in the kitchen and the place is not a "dump" tim (the owner) did all the remodeling and so the place was under construction a lot that doesnt make it a dump. elaines is not good because it is the only vegan restaraunt its good because tracy is a very good cook and she is very creative. the food is excellent and oh god i miss the icecream! elaines will do well, if u havent checkd it out then u have to its great, good food, good service and a great environment

I ordered glasses 2 months ago. I have 1 legally blind eye and when the dr asked what I wanted to do with the lens over that eye, I told him to make it the same so it would look even. The Dr changed the prescription without informing me after I placed my order with the sales people out front. 3 weeks later, they came in and I saw the prescription was not the same for both lenses. I refused delivery and demanded they give me what I paid for. So they send it back and another 3 weeks later, it came back and after 1 day of wearing them, I knew something was wrong. I took it back and after 10 mins of arguing with the dr because he would not believe me when I told him it was not clear, he put them in the machine that measures prescriptions and when the prescription popped up different than my prescription, he snatched it off the machine and said he couldn't get a good read and would send them back only because I requested it. 3 more weeks later, they come in again and one lens is sticking out 1/4" from the frame, and flush on the other. This whole time, they would not call me to let me know the glasses were in. I had to keep calling them to ask. A few times I called from work and they would say can we call you back at this number with an update and then they'd call my house number to avoid talking to me. I asked for my money back because I was dissatisfied and didn't want to wait another 3 weeks for them to send the glasses back and MAYBE get it right. They said no refunds. I said I didn't want a refund on the lenses. I was willing to take a hit on the lenses just so I could stop dealing with them. I just wanted a refund on the frames. They said there was nothing wrong with the frames, so I couldn't return them. I had already checked with the attorney general's office and it clearly stated that if a merchant does not offer a refund, it must be posted at the entrance and at the register and that a stamp on the receipt is not sufficient. There were no signs anywhere in the shop. I informed them it was against the law to not let me return it and they continued to refuse. If at all possible, avoid this place! I have read a few bad reviews about this place and this doctors after all this has happened.

I refused delivery and demanded they give me what I paid for. So they send it back and another 3 weeks later, it came back and after 1 day of wearing them, I knew something was wrong. I took it back and after 10 mins of arguing with the dr because he would not believe me when I told him it was not clear, he put them in the machine that measures prescriptions and when the prescription popped up different than my prescription, he snatched it off the machine and said he couldn't get a good read and would send them back only because I requested it. 3 more weeks later, they come in again and one lens is sticking out 1/4" on one lens, and flush on the other. This whole time, they would not call me to let me know the glasses were in. I had to keep calling them to ask. A few times I called from work and they would say can we call you back at this number with an update and then they'd call my house number to avoid talking to me. I asked for my money back because I was dissatisfied and didn't want to wait another 3 weeks for them to send the glasses back and MAYBE get it right. They said no refunds. I said I didn't want a refund on the lenses. I was willing to take a hit on the lenses just so I could stop dealing with them. I just wanted a refund on the frames. They said there was nothing wrong with the frames, so I couldn't return them. I had already checked with the attorney general's office and it clearly stated that if a merchant does not offer a refund, it must be posted at the entrance and at the register and that a stamp on the receipt is not sufficient. There were no signs anywhere in the shop. I informed them it was against the law to not let me return it and they continued to refuse. If at all possible, avoid this place! I have read a few bad reviews about this place and their doctors after all this has happened.

My sister and I have been checking horse prices and the blankets , bridals and many other things are cheaper there. Some are more but the majority is cheaper and the same stuff. The Man helping us was very helpful and nice.

Bill Lee's Bamboo Chopsticks

I do not live in Bakersfield any more. I live in Las Vegas and wish there was a Bill lees here. I've been eating at Bill Lees for over 40 years. I came to Bakersfield in the 60's and found Bill Lees right away. I Know Sherman Lee and I knew his father Bill Lee.

The food today in 2009 is exactly the same as it was in the 1960's, just GREAT!

I, too will never take my dogs to that place either. I ended up taking them to At The Oaks too and received loving, understanding and gentle care. Dr. Sidhu is by far the best vet in town!!!!

Sequoia Sandwich Co.

I love their food, my favorite (naughty) sandwich is the Big Dipper, YUM! They have the best Au Jus in town! They are a bit $$, but I never feel like I have been ripped off since the food is top quality, and good portions. We also use them for our company business lunches as well, all employees are always excited when they hear we are ordering from Sequoia !
