A jury decided Tuesday that Vincent Brothers should receive the death penalty for killing his three children, his wife and his mother in law. The jury deliberated for 6 hours over three days. They deliberated for about 30 minutes this morning. The judge will  have to confirm the sentence. Brothers was found guilty of the five murders on May 15. The judge will review the jury's recommendation on Sept. 27.
