  larger view  This is mine from Bakotopia~ reposting it here:The passing of a friend~Scott"Slim the Drifter" brought me to Bakotopia.I first became a bloger at TBC,this seems a natural enough extension.Not a bunch to say for now,so many memories of Scott are flooding back to me.I knew him when he was with 97Tears through the Mint days and after.He could be a great guy,a a@#%^ hole and make you love him none the less.We reconnected after a few years and I am glad we had the chance to say "I love ya man but ya can't have my bud".His musical talent touched on greatness~"Book of Matches" is a fav of mine.He loved both my boys~especially K.,my differently abled son.Hope their(Scott,Pete,James,and Chris) all letting K.s pick up the broads,and making music. Hug your Mom and Dad for  us all.Lorry says"Love ya cracker...
