Excerpt: I yelled to my neighbor's boy to walk away and stop waving his arms. My son came out of the house and I told him to turn around and walk back inside. Read his piece, "Animal Control" to find out what happened and share your opinion. Personally, I would have done the same thing and been just as argumentative with animal control people on the phone.
