Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Just to remind you . . .  No one is saying that Leonard Marella is an angel; he has had his share of run in's with the law, however, ther Bakersfieldf Police Department was also wrong in the way they treated him during the arrest. Mr. Marella was already down on the ground when the officers began beating him with their police batons, tasering him in the face, kicking him in the face, and allowing their police dog to bite him all up and down both legs. Leonard Marella is not an angel, but he did not deserve this.  He will be filing a civil rights law suit against the city of Bakersfield. He has a video tape (Taken by Xavier Zamora) and several witnessess who saw the arrest on March 11, 2008.
