They'll give you Slow Churned ice cream for 100 people and party supplies, too. But first you have to tell the Dreyer's folks why your neighborhood should be picked. They'll ask you to say, in 350 words or less, why you and your neighbors deserve a party on a weekend sometime between July and September. — Christine Peterson
