BAKERSFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE For Immediate Release                  Monday, June 30, 2008   Domestic violence suspect sought   The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted for a domestic violence incident that occurred on 6/24/08 in the 3400 block of Planz Road.   Detectives are searching for: Justin Scott Balduc, black male, 19 years old, 5’10”, 150, brown hair and eyes.   Balduc physically assaulted the victim on several occasions.  During one of the assaults the victim lost consciousness.  The suspect also made criminal threats directed at the victim and her family.  During the most recent incident the victim sustained minor injuries.   Balduc is wanted on several felony charges.  A photograph of Balduc is attached to this news...
