At a press conference today, Sheriff's Department officials clarified the case against Detentions Deputy Fredrico Tafoya. Tafoya was arrested on suspicion of charges including attempted oral copulation under color of authority after soliciting an inmate, detectives said. Tafoya was demanding that the inmate let Tafoya perform oral sex on the inmate, not the other way around, officials said. Tafoya faces a maximum of four years in prison under the charges. -- Jason Kotowski
