We will have a story in Friday's paper about a student valet program at Nichols Elementary School where older kids direct parents where to park, help get kids out of their cars and escort young kids to class. This is in response to the daily chaos at schools where it is a daily miracle that more children aren't run over, lost or otherwise harmed in their effort to get to school each day. All schools have plans for this, but all parents don't necessarily abide. Does this affect your life? How do you cope with the daily madhouse of dropping off your child to learn? Posted by Steve E.
