Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I need your help.  I've got this neighbor that likes to party until wee hours of the morning.  The parties are held in their back yard with music, loud conversations and frequent yelping.  We live in an upscale neighbor with CC&R and this couple also have some young kids.  But, they throw these parties in their back yard and goes as late as 2 or 3 in the morning.   I thought about knocking, but then they really don't need to be told and could be (probably will be) vindictive.  I could call the cops, but what are the chance of them showing up and doing something about it.  So, what would you do or have done that works?  By the way, if you think this isn't too bad, you haven't had to wash puke off of your grass in the morning either.  A:  Join them (not an option here due to generation gap) B:  Call the cops C:  Tell them to stop D:  Ignore them and sleep with pillow over my head E: ...
