Date:  Wednesday, March 25, 2009 Time:  6:21:02 AM Department Contact: Daniel Williams Details: On 03/24/09  Deputies from the East Bakersfield substation along with the Sheriff's bicycle patrol unit conducted a undercover prostitution sting in the area of Union ave. As a result of the operation five subjects were arrested.Three of the subjects arrested were for prostitution, one subject for possession for sales of narcotics and one subject for assault warrants.The following is the the list of subjects arrested and charges: Catherine Earl ( 49) of Bakersfield  for PC 647(b) prostitution, Janice Brown (52) of Bakersfield for PC 647(b) prostitution,Christina Valley (42 ) of Bakersfield for PC 647(b) for prostitution, Janna...
