A man believed to have killed his wife in Las Vegas last year is being sought in the Bakersfield area, the FBI reported. A reward of $20,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Jesus Roberto Munguia.   Munguia, born 08/13/1976, is wanted out of Las Vegas for the brutal murder of his wife, Sherryl Sacueza.  Munguia is a known Tepa 13 gang member.  Munguia's criminal history includes charges of assault, grand larceny auto, various narcotic offenses, resisting arrest, probation violations, and domestic violence.   During the early morning hours on 07/02/2008, it is alleged, Munguia lured his wife back to their residence.  Munguia and Sacueza had recently broken off their relationship and Munguia suspected that Sacueza had a new boyfriend.  Shortly after Sacueza arrived home, Munguia and Sacueza left in Sacueza's vehicle.  The next morning, Sacueza's sister and children found her body inside her vehicle parked in their...
