Ann Coulter has this, among others, to say about the recent Supreme Court decision that vindicated the firefighters who had their test scores thrown out in the name of racial quota: Say, if the threat of a lawsuit permits the government to ignore the Constitution, can pro-lifers get New Haven to shut down all abortion clinics by threatening to sue them?
