Check out this rocking lights video.  Now that takes some planning! What's your take on flickering lights?  Most light sets I've seen come with a bulb that makes the entire string flash in sync when plugged in. Most Bako homes I've seen seem to be pretty decided about their lights - they're either on or off.  Do you have an aesthetic preference towards lights that flash or lights that stay solidly on? If you are a fan of the flicker, what's your trick for keeping multiple strings of lights flashing in sync with each other?  And how do you program a house to rock to music like this one?  So cool.
