What proof do we have that Pacifica actually spent $4 million on renovations? Seeing as how they skimped on things like qualified workers and asbestos suits, what makes you think they did anything more than slap a fresh coat of paint on the thing? I'm still waiting for someone to come along with a viable plan for it. Selling "chunks" (blocks of square footage that can be used for each unit) off of each floor could help finance each successive floor's improvements. We need to find someone in town with the vision and the resources to do it. Preferably someone who isn't defaulting on multiple loans, or under FBI investigation.....
