Whether or not your biased opinion of Maher's joke was funny or not, he's considered a comedian. The guy has played in comedy houses, and is partially known for his stand-up. It's OK for him to make jokes even if they are mildly offensive. Ann Coltier is not a comedian, and is barely considered a writer. When she says the same thing, it's not a joke, especially because she's actually serious. She is a hateful attention starved person that hates everything this country stands for. I feel sorry for her. The less attention she gets the more she lashes out at undeserving people. She brings nothing but hatred and division to the political discussion. Kind of like some of the nasty trolls around here that are just looking to insult others and start arguments and name calling sessions rather than discuss anything of importance.
