They aren't going to pardon him, RonM. He'd lose his 5th amendment rights and then things might get too interesting. BTW, no one is saying he doesn't have the right to pardon Scooter or commute his sentence. That isn't the argument. The argument is that it shows evidence of conspiracy, and is enough to launch a Congressional investigation. I'm going to save your quote though. I hope to be reminding you of it soon enough. :)
