Um.......I am confused about your post. Is this someone you know calling you? It sounds like she is speaking in Spanish and she doesn't sound whiny at all IMO. Could it be that she has called more than once because someone gave her the wrong phone number? Or maybe she dialed wrong. I would just ignore the phone calls.
