The gentleman has summed up our nation's interest in the Middle East, and despite what many on the Left say, oil is secondary, if not less. I am curious, though. What does it mean to you (Sam) to "have a foundation as a Christian nation?" The claim means very different things to different groups of people, and at least one of those groups would rather the ambiguity remain.
