No Chico. Read about what it took to get the M-16 into service. The Army generals in charge of testing did everything they could to rig the "tests" so that the rifle would fail. This wasn't failure testing, this was testing to fail. Removing parts, using faulty ammo, incorrect weather testing, etc. Tom, the Dragon Skin vests have ceramic plates in them. Are they saying that ceramic has problems at 120*F? How do they think they make ceramic?
