Here is what irks my a** - A refinery has been there for years... and years.... then some folks from LA move up here and spend some God awful amount for some McMansion in West Oildale that is clearly around the refinery (I don't think anyone was hiding it before they moved in) and then they bitch and moan about the refinery...HELLO !!
