Cal Valley Development (Don Kinkade) Good sells men, made a lot of promises then gave several excuses about needing more time to complete project on scheduled time. I allowed an extension for 60 days extra on the first contract to allow him to finish a garage addition, after he expired the extended time period, he requested an additional 20,000 dollars on top of the contract price to complete the project. For anyone thinking of using his service or management BEWARE!! Please research his Lic. # 841626 and 744558 and note his complaint issues being investigated. I have also discover that I'm not the only one filing complaint issue with this contractor. I can understand what these people are going through, except my wife, two kids still live in our house which is not complete.
