Most of Bakersfield's real estate problems are the realtors. In our attempts to sell our Bakersfield house over the last six months, we have encountered nothing--I repeat NOTHING--but paranoid, lazy, incompetent and downright useless agents; five out of five agents we've tried to work with! They don't keep promises. They don't return phone calls. They don't even make an attempt to do the job they're supposed to do. The Bakerfield real estate image stinks. The realtors sure do.
