lil rabbit77, that is a good idea. Let some politician pass a new law that says all cities must erect an 18' brick fence around all sumps, and post 24/7 guards. And if the parents are home watching Dr. Phil and can't be bothered watching their children, and something bad happens to them, you can sue the city for gross negligence. They can call it Rabbit's Law. Works for me.
