We looked at those houses two years ago. Thank God we stayed put in our twenty year old, well built house. The only thing wrong with our house when we bought it was the Wal-Wart quality light fixtures, toilets, sinks, faucets, linoleum, and windows. It did come with good quality blinds throughout and a somewhat decent carpet. We have since updated the entire house (three renovations) with quality stuff. So, it's kind of like rebuilding a house from the cement up.
