Sam - Re your next-to-last paragraph, don't you remember those old cowboy movies where, if you saw anyone with a black hat, you knew he was one of the bad guys?  The good guys always wore white.  So it was pretty simple then.  Why can't life imitate art?  Because I do believe that many of those old movies were forms of art.  Take those cowboy shows on the radio, even!  There was always a moral to those stories.  Primarily this:  good overcomes evil; crime doesn't pay; if you're a bad actor, you're going to get caught.  Naturally, we'd need a cut-off date for that "art."  We have enough life in the nation and around the world imitating what is called art, and it's certainly not doing us much good.  Some of the dances I see are more pornographic than ever imagined.  Compare some of the singer/dancers of today slithering like snakes, groping themselves, writhing as though in the throes of ecstasy.  It gives...
