Oh boy this is just what Kern County needs! New locations for drunk drives to start from. Maybe next we can get Walgreen's, Rite-aid and Longs to sell beer and wine from their drive-up pharmacy windows. This should really improve the quality of the trash in the Wal-Mart parking lots. Now we can enjoy empty bottles, empty cans, and empty cardboard beer boxes along with the dirty diapers that seem to be a staple of the Wal-Mart experience. I used to like Wal-Mart and I used to admire the Walton Famity for their low-key attitude toward's their mega richness but I just don't like shopping there any more.
