Charles "Chip" Brehmer appears to be the far superior candidate for Judge Westra's seat. Ms. Mitchell has no experience in a judicial or arbitrator capacity. Such experience can only be gained from doing, not from watching, reading or discussing what it really takes to be a judge. Also, Mr. Brehmer is endorsed by Judge Westra, the Kern County and Bakersfield Fire Department Unions, Kern Law Enforcement Association, Sheriff's Commanders Union, Stan Ellis, Milt Younger and many others. Chip Brehmer is going to get MY vote on June 3. He should get yours as well.
