Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?

It looks like they pulled the driver and passengers out (after a pursuit) and started beating the crap out of them. One officer left one beating and started in on another! It's excessive and to try to say it's okay, because they may have done (fill in the blank), is just absurd. It is not okay to drag people out of a vehicle and immediately commence to beat them down. The police should get them out, get them secured and it's over. If they resist, yes go ahead and get your issue, but when the bad guy stops, the good guys have to stop too. Not only is this indicative of missing my entire point, it is an articulation of the blatantly obvious from someone in a lazy-boy generalling a sitrep he knows less than nothing about. Obviously cops are supposed to stop when the suspect has been "neutralized". Just as obviously cops are not supposed to "just pull people out of cars and start beating them".
