OK Christine..in deference to your comment, I used the link and now I'm really chuckling at all the outrage. They want to sell wine and beer (as mentioned above) ...not distilled alcohol. And people are outraged over something you can buy at concerts, rodeos, and the fair. Too funny..... :-) Save your outrage when they want to put a honkey tonk or a strip bar in your neighborhood.
