Sioux......File a complaint against the scum bag .....This is wrong in so many ways. He has no right to put his hands on her. Buena Vista is a terrible place to drink and drive. The cops wait for you to pull off. I have been asked to step out of my car before when leaving BV....I stepped out. The cops asked me had I been drinking... I said nope and he let me go. They are jerks out there. I don't like the way you put she is Spanish but she doesn't talk with an accent. Do you feel just because she is Spanish you have to paint a picture of her that she is an intelligent girl. Do you think they target Spanish people that talk with an accent and are uneducated? It does not matter if she talks with an accent and dropped out in the 3rd grade...they violated her rights. They need to be held accountable.
