#1 he retracted his plea so yes mabe this will go to trial and.... he only plead that way because of an offer the da set to get this over and the offer was NO jail time then the offer was taken away and the other mans charges were dropped he wasnt even in the area at the time ,and are you really compairing him to these other ailments ?he is quite a bit more serious than that .
