How old are you? I hate to think an adult can be this uninformed. FYI A stroke can leave a person totally paralyzed. That, my friend, renders them a Quadriplegic. Cancer, on the other hand, can render them dead. ALS is a slow form of paralysis, which will render them quadriplegic, then dead. All of these are as serious as Espinoza's self inflicted paralysis.
