Cry me a river will you DvonD.  You are so hell bent on your argument that you refuse to answer pointed questions.  I'm truly sorry that your friend chose to exceed the posted speed limit.  Heck, I hate when my choices come back around and bite me squarely in the arse.  He made a life (lifes?) altering decision when he chose to repress that pedal on the right hand side.  His situation stinks.  No argument there.  The entire situation stinks.  Lives were lost due to the actions of one person.  AGAIN - let me ask you:  What sort of LEGAL accountability and culpability should Mr. Espinosa be held to? ...
