i think i already answered that i said something to the fact that a service of speaking to kids on the actions and repercussions of speeding would be fine that wont kill him , house arrest that's fine that wont kill him anything but prison and all I'm trying to do is correct the wrong information and give you more info than what the paper says . trust me i pray all the time for the Walters family and this whole situation its awful i just don't want to see another die because of this.so i hope that answered your question :) and again im so very sorry for the walters family i am absolutly not trying to offend anyone im just stating what i know are the facts .
