The come along is the best tool invented by man,but good wire,decent pliers are a close second. I have 3 smallish tool boxes,two for very small tools and my Milwaukee Tool bag that bolds the cordless drill,sawzall etc.In a fire that bag, my Snap on tool box and my Kichen Aid Pro Mixer are the first things I'd try to save. After Mr. Sage of course!lol But he has his own huge man sized tool chests...
