Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?

Mich -- blood draws are not always a smple matter. Depends on how many vials, the different markers being looked for (thus what is in each vial), etc. However, as OB has made clear in the past, the reporting is such that in this case a "simple blood draw" may have been vastly more. When a crack pipe, ostensibly used for meth, suddenly goes to a "drug pipe" how can you be sure a blood draw is not something much more? I don't blame TBC as much in this regard as the public who "draws" conculsions from limited data. Capiche?
