SF- sorry that your return home was marred by that incident. Yes, Bakersfield has changed, and not for the better...I avoid TVP and East Hills mall like they're radioactive these days. I hate to say it, but it's become a teenage wasteland, nothing for an ADULT. The anchor stores hang on, but only because you can enter and exit without setting foot in the mall itself.
