Island Water Park in Fresno? I wonder if that is privately run. $15 million is a big ticket item. I'm curious to know exactly how this will be funded. If the money is already there, some of us need a nice refund. If new taxes are on the horizon, count me out. Sorry to be a wet blanket (pun intended); but this idea doesn't seem like a good one to me.
