Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
 A very sad story, but not a surprise.  Parents need to be held accountable for making sure their child leaves the house with a helmet on.  I realize they can't make a child keep it on when their child is out of  sight, but I can't tell you how many times I've seen children riding WITH THEIR PARENTS and NOT a single one of them is wearing a helmet!  Absolutely disgusting, irresponsible AND illegal.  The whole, "I never wore one when I was a child and I'm fine.", story doesn't cut it.  It's a very different society we live in today--so much more traffic than before.  So many drivers under the influence.  Why, parents, are you risking your child's life?  I see your elementary school age children,  riding their bikes every morning--no helmets.  If your children would have left home with a helmet we would see those helmets and could remind your precious ones to protect the most vital part of their little...
