Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I'm saying that checkpoints are unconstitutional.  I don't need a ruling on that.  Open up your dusty little constitution and give it a little read. Secondly, what is a checkpoint?  They set up on a street and check every car.  Where's the cause?  Once again, pull out that old constitution and read it, and you will see the unconstitutionality of checkpoints. Also, in Oildale a week or so ago, the police were walking down selected streets.  They would stop every person on the road and search them for drugs and/or weapons.  Once again, where's the cause?  We better stop this crap now.  If you don't stand up for your rights you can kiss them goodbye.
