Checkpoints ensures that the laws of this state,county,city are being abided by....everyone that applies for an CDL agrees and SIGNES just that....I for one am glad that these checkpoints are out there...then we can read about it in the news and really see how many are out there thumbing their noses at the very laws that protect us...those are the individuals that slip thru the cracks and kill people while operating a motor vehicle... Of course,that's just my opinion
