OldBlue56: If you take a look at my "avatar," you'll know that the state to which I refer with respect to this particular criminal is far from sunny California. And it's far from a description of "sunny." For safety's sake it would be preferable for me just to say it's not California. I appreciate your interest, however -- and I am working with my state legislators to at least create laws with some teeth in them. Or fangs, which would be preferable.
