Sad thing is this Doctor was treated like a common drunk after suffering a stroke. It sounds to me like the Officer had her mind made up regarding his condition and ignored the signs of stroke. It also sounds as if she left out pertinent information in her report. If it turns out all this is true, I hope she looses her badge.
