Drug Overdose 1A or That's Not an Assault Victim--They Have a Blood Clotting Disorder 1B. Law Enforcement officers are not trained medical professionals. They are trained in basic life-saving procedures like CPR, and that's it. Don't fault the officers for not being paramedics.
