Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Didn't Kalifornia have a "spot check" system in place for smog and other safety issues back in the 60's and early 70's?  I seem to recall something like that.  You got a little square sticker to put on your windshield so if you got caught in other checks, they would let you go with an up-to-date sticker.  I know they have a system like this in Japan, and the entire country has to submit their vehicles for a check once a year or face a very hefty fine.  Maybe something modeled after their system, which might serve to get a bunch of crappy cars off the road once and for all.
